Lisa Liu

Attorney Lisa Liu is the founder of the LL Law Firm. LL Law Firm was established with a mission to advocate opportunities for the American dream through investment, business, and employment-based immigration. Through her vast experience working with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds as a medical professional, both domestically and abroad, Lisa has developed a deep respect for and genuine understanding of people. This was the inspiration behind the mission of LL Law Firm and the bedrock of her legal practice.

Lisa  represents individuals, families, and businesses in a wide range of immigration matters, with a strong focus on investment, business, and

 employment-based visas, including E-2, EB-5, and L visas. She is passionate about assisting international entrepreneurs and professionals

 navigate the U.S. immigration system and structure their business entity tailored to achieve their goal of living and venturing their business successfully in the

 United States.

As part of her support for investor- and business-based immigration clients, Lisa also provides guidance on business entity formation and ongoing  business

 maintenance to ensure regulatory compliance and risk avoidance. 

 Lisa is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She takes pride in the dedicated team behind LL Law Firm and is grateful for their

 commitment to serving clients with excellence.
